Net Pricing for Goes Extreeem Custom Imprinting to Certificates of Ownership (Corporate Issued Stocks, Bonds, LLC, Club, Condo, Internment, Membership) 1. Representative State Seals may be printed in black ink only on the # DG Series, #89 Black and Gold Bronze certificates, #46 Gold Bronze Certificates in open panels and suggested center panel style #752, 753. Seals are hand drawn by our artisans, they are not exact legal images. 2. Your Corporate Logo or representative image if submitted as .PDF our preferred format or .TIFF, or .JPEG format may be printed directly onto the 11 x 8.5 #DG Series certificates for use in any record book. The 46, 89, 752, 753 custom logo 15 x 8.5 certificates with attached recording/transfer stub must be bound into oversized #A, B, P binders because of size, the 4 inch stub is retained in the binder after certificate is issued. 3. Certificates are bound into one of our binders <A-B-D-E-F-G-H-J-K> and packaged in a secure corrugated flat or box. Static (6 fields) Goes Extreeem™ Custom Imprinting includes 1 or more of the following on every certificate:

Number of issued Shares and Par Value/No Par Value
-Officer title(s) & Signature Line(s) 2 maximum
-Stock Type (Common, Preferred, Capital, etc.)
-Class of Stock
-Restrictions (if desired restrictions to appear on face or back printing charged as static) if copy is emailed a $50 scan charge is saved as we import directly as Art. Fax or hard copy submissions require scan charge.
Numbering consecutively is a separate charge, it is not considered static or variable print. Your # may start with any # and use any prefix or suffix alpha, black ink included. Note: $10.00 extra set up charge for red ink. Variable (4 fields) Goes Extreeem Custom Imprinting of individual information specific to one certificate, in addition to static information charge. (Comment: Often times variable is filled in by hand to static information as required by the secretary, this is quite acceptable for closely held organizations)

- # of shares held by holder set in numerals in SHARE panel
- # of shares held by holder set in numeral and alpha form in body of certificate.
- Date of issue
